Dell Latitude D531 Laptop

Dell Latitude D531 is a low-cost notebook featuring the latest AMD M690T chipset, dual core AMD Turion 64 X2 and single core Sempron processor options, and an integrated ATI Radeon X1270 does have a fast dual-core processor, 2GB of memory and a nice display plus Wi-Fi connectivity as standard, making for a versatile business notebook at an affordable price.It is offered with up to 120GB hard drive, along with an encrypted HDD and announced hybrid hard drive options. The Latitude D531 supports up to 4GB of DDR2 system memory and provide Gigabit Ethernet, Bluetooth and 56k modem connections, as well as wireless 802.11/a/b/g and an optional 802.11n draft connectivity.The keyboard is nice too, with full-size keys, a comfortable action and the usual touchpad pointer.On the left side, you have the headphone out, microphone in, and firewire ports.On the right side, you have two USB ports.On the back side, you have two USB, S-video, ethernet, modem, serial, and VGA ports.Some ports that are missing are a media card reader and some sort of DVI/HDMI port. It provides Trusted Platform Module -TPM 1.2 for enhanced security, a reinforced magnesium-alloy chassis and LCD back, and weighs starting at 5.1 lbs.Dell Latitude D531’s base configuration starts at $839. This notebook comes with Windows Vista, Windows XP, or FreeDOS preloaded.
